Pumping units

We offer to supply pumping units. Pumping units are walking beam individual drive of oil-well sucker-rod pumps used during oil well operation. Pumping unit is manufactured in two versions: -with a low stand support and gear reducer mounted on pumping unit frame; - with gear reducer mounted on the stand support where low seating of wheel provides for frame upper position relative to the foundation. A four-linked transforming mechanism of drive is implemented according to the asymmetric scheme that allowed to reduce the overall dimensions and the weight of pumping units, and also electric energy consumption. High reliability and durability of pumping units are guaranteed. The plant has been carrying out the modernization of pumping units production and can develop the output of the new types in agreement with both parties at the earliest possible date. Hoisting units

We offer to supply hoisting units AzINMASH-60, AzINMASH-80. Hoisting units AzINMASH-60 and AzINMASH-80 are intended for drill string rotation, round-trip as well as making-up and uncoupling of drill pipes, oil-well tubing and sucker rods during oil and gas wells workover. The units can be operated as a component part of the drilling rigs. The hoisting units are designed for use in macroclimate regions with temperate and cols climate. This is a self-propelled oil field unit mounted on the chassis of cross-country truck KrAZ. The basic component parts are: single-drum winch; telescopic derrick; tackle system; hydraulic, pneumatic, electric and electro-hydraulic control. (Ad#: f5100-1014)
